Join us for our next free to attend Health and Information talk on Wednesday 2 April covering planning End of Life Care.
During the event, which will take place from 6.30pm-7.30pm, we'll be hearing from Lead End of life Facilitator, Jane Moreland, with a question and answer opportunity available at the end of the session.
The event will take place at Royal Derby Hospital's Lecture Theatre (located in the Education Centre), as well as being streamed live via Microsoft Teams — please contact the Membership team if you require the link. A British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter will also be present.
Doors will open from 5.30pm for attendees to visit a series of information stalls prior to the event, with refreshments also available.
