All trials have different criteria and requirements for those who may take part. Even though you may have a relevant medical condition, you may not be suitable for a particular trial. This will be discussed in your initial conversation with your doctor, nurse or health care professional, where you will also be given information on the trial, usually in a written format so you can take it away with you.
