Mitch, Pharmacy Technician, explains how a pharmacist can help you
For the next five weeks you’ll hear from a variety of frontline staff from across UHDB giving advice on which services can help you, and how you can help us by being prepared for winter.
Mitch Williams, Pharmacy Technician at Royal Derby Hospital shares advice on how your local pharmacist can help and your family with a wide range of minor health concerns such as sore throats, coughs, colds, an upset stomach and other illnesses.
He said: “You can also play your part by making sure you and your family have a well-stocked medicine cabinet, and that you’ve got prescriptions before your GP or pharmacy closes for Christmas.
“Our hospitals are going to be busy this winter so please help us, help you.”
