Colleagues to represent UHDB at Women's Health Festival
Colleagues from UHDB's Cervical screening, breast screening and colposcopy services will be representing the Trust at a women's health festival later this month.
The event, which is led by Support Staffordshire, aims to educate and empower women by connecting them with local health services in a creative, inclusive space.
Our teams will be manning information stands and doing a presentation about the myths and barriers of screening and what it entails, to try and increase uptake.
There will also be other workshops, art, food stands and a menopause hub at the festival.
The event is free to attend and will take place at the Brewhouse Arts Centre in Burton upon Trent on Wednesday 30 April from 10am- 5pm.
