Health and wellbeing support: we launched our new employee assistance programme offering psychological support, financial, legal and bereavement assistance, management support to all staff. We expanded our health and wellbeing class timetable, introduced menopause support, and renewed our focus on flexible working opportunities including those with caring responsibilities.
Recognising your hard work: our executive directors present monthly 'making a difference' awards to individuals and teams who excel in delivering exceptional care, making a positive impact, or other outstanding achievements in their area. We hold an annual black-tie awards event to highlight phenomenal individuals and teams in our Trust, across several categories.
