In memory of Christine Robinson
It’s with great sadness that we share the news that Christine Robinson, an assistant practitioner on Ward 307, passed away in an accident on Saturday 27 June 2020.
Krishna Kallianpur, Interim Chief Nurse, said: “Christine was an amazing, caring and selfless colleague who will be dearly missed by the team on Ward 307 and those who know her from her long service at our hospitals.
“Christine joined the Trust more than 22 years ago, first working at the old Derby Royal Infirmary, before moving to the new Royal Derby Hospital. Christine spent more than 20 years in the Head and Neck service and her knowledge and experience were invaluable to colleagues. Our thoughts are with Christine’s children, her family and her friends at this time.”
A minute’s silence was at our hospitals, including at the main entrance of Royal Derby Hospital, at 11am on Tuesday 30 June 2020.
