In memory of James Longmire
We are sorry to share the news that James Longmire, a member of our Estates Team at Queen’s Hospital Burton, has sadly passed away following an illness. James joined the Trust originally as a painter in 2010.
During his time here James developed into a multi skilled building craftsperson. James’ wife works at the Trust and they have four children. He enjoyed outdoor activities, especially cycling with his family. Colleagues say he was mild mannered, approachable, well liked and respected, and will be will be greatly missed by friends and colleagues alike.
A minute’s silence will take place for James tomorrow (Tuesday 20 October) at 11am at the Memorial Tree at Queen’s Hospital Burton for those who wish to remember him.
