Neonatal Transitional Care Recruitment Open Day
Want to make a difference to families and babies in our care? Join our new Neonatal Transitional Care Service.
Are you a Nurse or Nursing Associate who is passionate about providing exceptional care and want to make a difference to the lives of families and babies receiving neonatal care at UHDB?
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Band 4 Nursing Associates and Band 5 Registered Nurses to our newly developed Neonatal Transitional Care service. You will join a dedicated and dynamic team who care for newborn babies and their families.
Whether you work in another department at UHDB or a different Trust altogether, we want to hear from compassionate and brilliant people who want to make an impact. Transitional Care Units provide medical and nursing care to newborn babies who require extra care and observations but are well enough to remain with their birthing parent. Royal Derby Hospital will be opening ten Transitional Care cots, and Queens Hospital Burton will be opening four Transitional Care cots.
We are excited to host a Neonatal Transitional Care Open Day and would like to invite you to join us if you are keen to learn more about the posts! You will discover more about the Transitional Care service, meet our friendly and welcoming team, and have the opportunity to learn more about Transitional Care at our skills stations. You can also get support with applying for the vacancies if it's the right fit for you. No neonatal experience is necessary for these posts as you will be supported with a full induction.
Date and location:
Monday 30 September 2024, 10am - 4pm | Seminar room 1 and 2, Royal Derby Hospital
