During recent weeks, we have seen a number of examples of outstanding examples of members of #TeamUHDB going above and beyond in their roles as we all work together during the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you have recently visited any of our five hospital sites and received exceptional care, or have witnessed our staff going above and beyond, did you know that you can nominate them for one of our Monthly Making a Difference Awards?
Each month, we present four awards to colleagues at the Trust, and one of those is the Patient Hero Award, which is nominated by patients.
Your nominations will be placed before our judging panel who will judge the entry against our vision and values, and the winners are presented with a certificate and pin badge.
To make a nomination, simply email your nominee’s name, their place of work, a short summary of the nomination and your details to uhdb.employeeawards@nhs.net.
