Sir Robert Peel Staff nurse, Fiona, bids farewell to colleagues after 30 years in the NHS

We’d like to wish a very happy retirement to the fantastic Fiona Keay, who retired from the Trust this week after working 30 years in the NHS.

Fiona started working in the Outpatients Department at Sir Robert Peel Communityu Hospital in 1999 and has had a very happy 19 years working there.

Her colleagues said: "Fiona is hard working, conscientious,  reliable staff nurse , who took being redeployed during COVID all in her stride and made us all very proud of her.

"Fiona has given us  many fond memories to look back on; her joke telling and being able to remember the most weird and wonderful facts, she is our pub quiz queen . We all wish Fiona the very best in her retirement and we hope to be able to celebrate properly with her soon."

Happy retirement, Fiona!
