Prescribing concerns

The Prescribing Concerns Portal allows primary care clinicians to highlight patient specific issues that have occurred with prescribing and/or the supply of medicines at discharge or following a clinic appointment at the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton. The information provided will be used to investigate concerns and will help to improve the quality of discharge information related to medicines.
