We are pleased to announce the individuals and teams who have been shortlisted for the Making a Difference Awards 2024.

The Making a Difference Awards recognise those who are going above and beyond to drive improvements in quality, patient care and supporting UHDB to be the best place to work.

Teams and colleagues across UHDB have demonstrated the trust values of compassion, openness and excellence and have gone above and beyond to either directly or indirectly provide exceptional care to our patients. This may be through improvements to quality and safety, supporting colleagues, or making positive changes across our sites, the local NHS system or even nationally.
