Phlebotomy (blood test) clinics and opening times

Urgent appointments

Daily urgent walk-in appointments are only available for urgent bloods, i.e. oncology and renal patients (results required within 48 hours and marked as urgent by the doctor/practitioner) and for patients that are unable to access the internet to book an appointment through Swiftqueue.

Appointments are limited and issued on a first come first served basis. If all appointments have been allocated for the day, patients will be turned away and asked to return the following day.

Wait times may vary depending on demand and can take up to a few hours.

The Phlebotomy Clinic has temporarily moved and is now located away from the main hospital site, next to the Treatment Centre. The nearest car park is Car Park 1, and there is a signposted pedestrian route from the car park to the Phlebotomy Clinic. Enter the site opposite the petrol station, Entrance A, and follow the road to the left.
