Publication scheme
The Trust has processes in place to ensure that the content displayed on its websites and publications does not risk the safety of patients or the public.
In order to comply with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 public sector organisations such as ours have to routinely publish information. The Information Commissioner (ICO) is responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The ICO has drawn up what is called a Model Publication Scheme as guidance for all public sector organisations.
The ICO has also published a Definition Document for NHS Organisations that sets out in some detail what his minimum expectations are from public organisations.
The Trust has adopted the ICO's model publication scheme and are reviewing the information that is routinely put into the public domain to ensure we are compliant with the Definition Document.
Most of the information the Trust makes routinely available can be accessed below. If you cannot find information you are looking for, please contact the Trust's FOI Officer.
