If you have been referred by your GP, we will most likely be seeing you in the medical outpatients department at the Royal Derby Hospital, though we also run a number of satellite clinics in local community hospitals.
We are an award winning* multidisciplinary team comprising of doctors, nurses, dieticians and pharmacists, supported by dedicated secretarial and administrative staff. We undertake an active role in the education of medical and nursing students from the Universities of Nottingham and Derby. You may therefore encounter students at your consultation.
We have an active research team and are involved in a number of clinical trials. If you are interested in taking part in these then information can be obtained during your visit.
